Are you an info junkie? I admit to being one of those sponges who loves learning stuff. If a subject interest me, I am all in...if not, well, I am not.

Like many of you, I was besotted with horses as a little girl. I remember reading the Walter Farley Black Stallion and Island Stallion books over and over and over. My third grade school picture actually shows me proudly wearing my Walter Farley Black Stallion Club pin. I had taken my thick glasses off in a sad attempt to not be so geeky, but even then, the geek flag flew. I'll have to have my mom send me a copy of that glorious photo. Keep in mind, it was 1965 in rural Mississippi.
